aluderm®-aluplast - A special wound dressing. The aluderm® wound pad is vaporized with aluminum. aluderm®-aluplast reduces the risk of the wound sticking, does not fray, is highly absorbent, breathable, and promotes skin regeneration and healing. Common wound plasters do not fall into the category of sterile dressings. Their usability, particularly concerning adhesive strength, depends on the storage temperature. The adhesive strength of the plasters must be checked periodically. Also well-suited for sensitive skin or plaster allergies.
