aluderm®-aluplast is a special wound dressing plaster with an aluminum-coated aluderm® wound pad and an absorbent fleece. aluderm® does not stick to the wound, does not fray, is highly absorbent, and can aid in skin formation and healing. The backing material is highly elastic and particularly skin-friendly. The polyacrylate adhesive is further activated by body heat. It is particularly conformable, adapts to all movements, is hypoallergenic, and irritation-free.
