Doppelherz Psyllium Husks Active Ground

Psyllium husks support a fiber-rich and balanced diet. Due to the swelling capacity of their soluble fibers, they can bind many times their weight in liquid, thus supporting natural digestion and intestinal health. The taste-neutral husks of Indian psyllium can be easily integrated into the daily diet and are simple to use and suitable for long-term consumption. 6 g of the seed husks cover 17% of the daily fiber intake recommended by the German Nutrition Society (DGE) (30 g).
