Doppelherz dietary supplement active Eyes Extra Day + Night

The eye is one of the most amazing organs in the human body and is challenged day and night. Working on computers, frequent television viewing, and driving at night are particularly strenuous for the eyes. Various factors play a role in the health, maintenance of visual function, and eyesight of the eye day and night. This includes a good supply of nutrients. Lutein and zeaxanthin are found in plant-based foods (e.g., green vegetables). They are plant carotenoids that belong to the group of secondary plant compounds. The so-called "macula" of the retina contains a high concentration of lutein and zeaxanthin. It is located in the center of the back of the eye. Blueberries are a popular berry variety for human nutrition. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision day and night. Zinc contributes to normal vision and supports normal vitamin A metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid contributes to normal cell division. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism. Vitamins C + E, as well as zinc + copper, help protect cells from oxidative stress.
