HSM® SECURIO P44i Shredder with Automatic Oiler

The top document shredder in the HSM SECURIO P-series with IntelligentDrive and touch display. This powerhouse reliably processes large quantities of paper, making it ideal for departments. A full waste container is indicated by a display, and the machine switches off automatically. The powerful motor ensures high cutting performance and reliable continuous operation. Particularly low power consumption of 0.1 W in standby mode thanks to the intelligent EcoSmart control concept. After opening the door, the pull-out reusable collection bag can be conveniently removed and emptied. The shredder features a robust wooden base cabinet with an extra-wide door opening angle. Through intelligent jam prevention, the system automatically and early on detects if too much paper has been fed. The device reverses or briefly calls up more power and pulls in the paper. The quiet operating mode minimizes noise development at the workplace. A light pressure on the safety element prevents unintentional feeding and immediately stops the paper feed. Operation is extremely simple: when paper is fed, the device starts automatically and stops by itself after shredding. The induction-hardened solid steel cutting shafts with a lifetime guarantee are insensitive to staples and paper clips and guarantee durability. The innovative drive and operating concept IntelligentDrive offers three operating modes for particularly quiet, normal, or up to 40% higher performance shredding. The filling level of the waste container is always visible through the viewing window. The separate media shredder with collection container effortlessly shreds CDs/DVDs, credit and customer cards, and floppy disks into small particles (4 x 7 mm). The shredded material can be disposed of in a sorted manner.
