To avoid mixing with other types of grain, we proceed with particular care – from the seed to the packaging. Gluten-Free Köllnflakes zart are based on German oats. We produce them with selected partners with whom we have had a trusting cooperation for years. It begins with the use of pure seed and continues with the selection and preparation of the fields. During the growth and ripening phase, regular field inspections also take place. For harvesting, transport and storage, care is taken to ensure that only cleaned harvesting machines and transport vehicles are used. In our factory, specially trained employees are responsible for the acceptance and processing of the oats. In addition, the gluten content is controlled from the seed to the processing to the final product.
