They are made from oat groats – the cut oat grain – rolled into particularly fine oat flakes, making them a true whole grain product. Blütenzarte Köllnflocken are rich in fibre and contain. They are the all-rounder in our portfolio and are particularly popular in porridge, fine muesli creations, and in cakes, cookies, as well as bread and rolls.
