The PocketMemo dictation recorder takes dictation solutions to a whole new level. The groundbreaking 3D microphone technology ensures the best audio quality in every recording situation. The robust yet lightweight stainless steel design offers perfect ergonomics for working over longer periods. With the SpeechExec Pro software for efficient data management and the docking station for uploading files, the path from your spoken word to a text document is easier and faster than ever before. The groundbreaking 3D microphone technology uses integrated microphones to ensure the best recording results at all times: an omnidirectional microphone with 360° sound pickup for recording multiple sound sources, for example for meetings, and a directional microphone optimized for voice recording and first-class speech recognition results. The integrated motion sensor detects whether the device is placed on a table or held in the hand and selects the appropriate microphone for the recording situation accordingly. The motion sensor automatically switches to standby when the device is inactive. Pick up the Pocket Memo again, and it is ready to record in less than a second. The fast-reacting and ergonomic slide switch was developed for one-handed operation of all recording and playback functions and enables fast file editing (insert, overwrite, append). It works with optical scanning, making it wear-free and durable. The asymmetrical and ergonomic shape fits perfectly in the hand. The slim and light design ensures maximum comfort, even when working over longer periods. The stainless steel housing offers robust and extremely durable protection for the device. The device meets the requirements of US military standard 516.6 regarding mechanical shock resistance. The large display offers sharp resolution and makes it easy to recognize all indicators at a glance. The clear user interface has been optimized for simple and intuitive operation. The stable and high-quality docking station enables fast charging and automatic transfer of your recordings to your computer. In conjunction with the optional foot pedal, the docking station can be used for hands-free recording and transcription, even without a computer. The powerful Li-Ion battery can be easily charged via a standard micro-USB socket. The integrated light and motion sensors guarantee a longer battery life. The intelligent technology adjusts the display brightness and automatically switches to standby mode when the device is not in use, ensuring that your dictation device is always ready for use. With the integrated barcode scanner, customer or patient data can be linked to a recorded file by simply scanning a barcode, even from a screen.* This ensures reliable assignment of customer or patient IDs and accelerates your workflow.
