The LIXUS floor lamp combines direct light for the work surface with indirect light for ambient lighting. Approximately 60% of the light output is emitted upwards, and 40% downwards. This ensures optimal light distribution at the office workstation. A rotary dimmer on the frame allows the light intensity to be adjusted to different activities or changing light conditions throughout the day. Since the column is placed centrally on the outside of the base, the base plate can be slid far under the table, thus preventing it from becoming a tripping hazard.
