UNILUX Floor lamp NEXUS

UNILUX is expanding its expertise by manufacturing a range of products made from recycled PET sheets. This light and compact material has inspired us to create ergonomic and modular objects that offer comfort and functionality everywhere: in the office, in the break room, in the hallway, or at home. It opens up a wide field for investigation to create a real ecosystem around ecology and acoustic corrections. Recycling allows us to valorize our waste instead of disposing of it. The PET felt we use consists of 50% recycled plastic bottles. The fibrous structure of the felt absorbs and binds sound very effectively. The highly compressed panels are thin and very light, offering better performance than conventional absorbers of the same thickness. NEXUS is the first uplighter that combines both the lighting function and sound absorption thanks to its high-quality acoustic panels, which are attached to both parts of the luminaire. This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class E and this cannot be replaced.
